Matthews Southwest, known for its significant contributions to Dallas's urban development, brings a wealth of experience in large-scale projects, emphasizing the role of diverse leadership and collaboration in achieving transformative urban outcomes .

With a strong focus on community and equity, Inspire Dallas showcases the power of collective action, bringing together 27 subcontractors, 75% of which are local Dallas businesses, and over half are certified Minority, Women, Business Enterprises (M/WBE). This consortium, deeply embedded in the fabric of Dallas, leverages a profound understanding of the city's unique landscape to drive the convention center’s expansion forward.

Their work on the Dallas Memorial Arena renovation showcases technical and aesthetic excellence, honoring a familial legacy of architectural innovation and resilience.

Dikita Enterprises Inc. (Dikita) is an MBE-certified, Black veteran-owned, and Black woman-led firm, distinguished in Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC). Founded in 1979 in Dallas, Texas, Dikita has deep community roots.

Under Evalynn “Eve” A. Williams' leadership, it's a recognized leader in program/project and construction management, acclaimed for diverse contributions to local, regional, and state government projects in Texas and nationwide. With a rich history of managing multi-project design and construction programs, Dikita prioritizes community engagement and positive impact, especially in culturally significant projects.

Focuses on the reimagining of this historic site while preserving the rich cultural legacy of Pioneer Plaza, Pioneer Park and Pioneer Cemetery
